Longyi time

If you don't know what a longyi is, it's your lucky day. The longyi is the traditional dress for men in Burma. From city to suburb to country and everywhere in between we would say 95% of the men we saw were wearing their longyi. Women also wear longyi but they are worn much more like a sarong and do not have this complicated tying method. Longyis are sold all over the streets so you can have your longyi in any color, fabric, pattern you choose.
